Daria Cancikova was born into an artistic environment in 1982 in Moscow. At the age of 13 Cancikova studied drawing and painting and had her first exhibition. From 1998 until 1999 she studied at the Moscow Academy of Prints where her professor was Alexandar Chernov. Her work is in private collections in Portugal, Spain, and Germany. She lives and works in Prague. In 2007 Canikova graduated from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. |
